This webpage allows you to pay your Healthy San Francisco (HSF) participant fees online. If you have received an invoice, you may use a credit card or transfer funds easily from your bank account to pay your fee.

Please enter your first name, last name, and Participant ID Number (PID) to view your billing information and pay bills. This information can be found on your HSF invoice or your HSF ID Card.
